The beautiful Tenerife assures internet connection especially in the exclusive resort hotels.
In fact, even here, as in the rest of the archipelago, far from the main areas it will be difficult to check your e-mail: casas rurales and hostels in the countryside rarely provide the connection. In the rare cases where this happens the cost of service is quite high.
Generally the connection costs € 2 to € 5 (sometimes less), depending on the location and type of facility providing the service (hotels, wi-fi, etc.).

The possibility to get information so you can visit the Island in an easy and safely way has never been so simple! As well as the main tourist office located in Santa Cruz there are many other tourist centers and kiosks that are able to answer to any questions and provide useful maps.

Medical assistance provided on the Island of Tenerife is equally efficient as the rest of the medical services offered throughout the archipelago of the Canarias. In cases of emergency the request for an ambulance can be done at the number 112 (number valid throughout Europe) or 061. Always bring along your health insurance card, it facilitates bureaucratic itineraries. For minor problems just go to a pharmacist.
